Google Raises Prices on Nest Devices, Streamer
Google has increased the prices of several of its popular devices, including the Google TV Streamer (4K), Nest Cams, and Nest Doorbell. The price hike follows similarincreases for Amazon’s Fire TV devices.
Price Increases Announced
The Google TV Streamer (4K) now costs $149.99, up from $99.99. The Nest Cam (battery) is priced at $199.99, previously $179.99. The Nest Cam (indoor, wired, 3rd gen) now retails for $129.99, a rise from $99.99. The Nest Cam Outdoor (wired, 2nd gen) has increased to $199.99 from $149.99. Nest Doorbell Wired and Battery models are now $199.99, up from $179.99.

Devices Remaining at Previous Prices
Notably, the wired Nest Cam with floodlight system remains unchanged at $279.99. The Google Home Speaker and Nest Hub (2nd Gen) and Nest Hub Max smart displays have also not seen price increases, though the Nest Hub Max is currently out of stock.

Price Increases Details
The most significant increase is the $50 jump for the Google TV Streamer, representing a 50% increase in its original price. Smaller increases include $30 for the indoor and outdoor wired Nest Cams, and $20 for the battery-powered Nest Cam and Nest Doorbell.
